Below, we describe your rights as well as how we use, store and process information about you.

WHAT KIND OF DATA DO WE HANDLE?

For example, we process contact information, information about which services you have used with us and how you use them. At company level, additional data is retained, e.g. to process payments. The data is collected in various ways, e.g. when you become a client of ours or when you are in contact with our customer service.

WHAT IS THE DATA USED FOR?

We need to process your personal data in order for us to be able to provide our services to you. Below are examples of the purposes for which we do this and on what legal basis.


Provision of services
We process personal data in order to be able to provide services to you and the company you represent, fulfil agreements and safeguard our rights under agreements. For example, we need to be able to identify you as a customer, manage your orders, handle your invoices and payments for our services, troubleshoot and fix errors, and handle comments and complaints.

Other Communication About Services
We process personal data in connection with other communications with you, for example to provide you with service information and updates to make the services we deliver to you work as well as possible. We also process personal data when we are in contact with you in matters regarding our services.

We process data to develop, optimize and manage our services as well as our processes in order to deliver the best services to our customers in the long term. For this purpose, we may also compile statistics on how our services are used.

We may process different types of data in order to market our services, such as training, directly to you. For these purposes, we may communicate with you by email or phone.

We process personal data in order to be able to fulfil our obligations under law or other statutes, government regulations, decisions, requests or guidelines.

HOW LONG IS THE DATA STORED?

We never save personal data for longer than we need. The data that we collect and that is generated when you use our services and products is processed for various purposes. They are therefore also stored for different lengths of time depending on what they are to be used for and our legal obligations.

Unless we state otherwise below, we will retain most of your data for as long as you may be considered a client of ours. If you ask us to delete the data, we will do so, except where we are required by law to  retain it for as long as the applicable law requires (e.g. the Accounting Act).

TO WHOM IS THE DATA DISCLOSED?

Under certain circumstances, we may share information about you with others. This is described in more detail below.


To Subcontractors

We may engage subcontractors to assist us in our business. This may mean that they also need certain information about you as a client. However, these parties may not use your personal data for any purpose other than what we decide.


Other Recipients

We also disclose information about you to other recipients where we are required by law or official decision to disclose information.

HOW IS THE DATA PROTECTED?

We take appropriate technical and organisational security measures, in accordance with industry standards, to ensure that all information we process is protected from unauthorised access. Only some of our employees have access to the information about you and their handling of the information is regulated.

Right to Object
You have the right to request confirmation as to whether we are processing personal data about you and, if so, we will inform you about how your personal data is being processed. You also have the right to receive a copy of the data we process (through a register extract). The request for such an extract must be made in writing and signed by you.

Right to Rectification
We strive to ensure that the personal data we process is accurate and up to date. If you discover that we have incorrect information about you, you have the right to request that we rectify such information. You also have the right to provide any personal data that you believe is missing and that is relevant in light of our purpose for processing your personal data.

 

Right to Deletion
You have the right to contact us to request the deletion of your personal data:

  • If the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected;
  • If the processing is based solely on your consent and you withdraw that consent;
  • If the processing is for direct marketing purposes and you object to the processing of your data;
  • If you object to the processing of personal data conducted on the basis of a balancing of interests, and there are no legitimate reasons that outweigh your interests;
  • If the processing of your data has not complied with applicable law; or
  • If deletion is required to fulfill a legal obligation. In certain cases, however, we may not be able to comply with a deletion request, for example, if we are required by law to retain the data.


Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right, in certain cases, to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. By restriction, it is meant that the personal data will be marked so that it can only be processed for certain specified purposes in the future.

The right to restriction applies, among other things, if you believe that the personal data is incorrect and have requested a rectification. In such cases, you may also request that our processing of your personal data be restricted while the accuracy of the data is being investigated.


Right to Object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that we carry out based on legitimate interests. In that case, you will need to specify which processing you are objecting to. In such an instance, we may only continue the processing if we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing your personal data that override your interests.

If your personal data is being processed for direct marketing, you always have the right to object to the processing at any time.


Right to Data Portability
If you have provided your personal data to us, you have the right in certain cases to obtain and use your personal data elsewhere (data portability). To exercise your right to data portability, your request must pertain to personal data that you have provided to us and that we process based on your consent or in order to fulfill the contract we have with you. However, you do not have the right to transfer your personal data if our processing of this data is based on a legal obligation.


Complaints
If you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of applicable data protection regulations, you should report this to us as soon as possible. You can also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection directly to submit your complaint.

 

Compensation
If you have suffered damage due to your personal data being processed in violation of applicable data protection regulations, you may be entitled to compensation. In such cases, you can, after a written request, seek compensation from us or bring a claim for damages in court.
